1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by WhatsApp, phone or email. Please provide accurate pickup details, timing and contact information so we can serve you reliably.
2. Driver included
All hires include a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive or rent-a-car. Vehicles remain in the care of our drivers at all times.
3. Pricing & payment
Airport routes are charged at fixed published fares. Other hires are quoted in advance. Additional waiting time, extra stops, tolls or route changes may affect the final price.
4. Cancellations & changes
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Conduct & safety
For everyone's safety, passengers must follow the driver's reasonable instructions and applicable road-safety laws. We may decline service in unsafe or unlawful situations.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a safe, timely service, but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather or road closures.
